Welcoming staff and comofortable bed

The pool is in another bulding, which makes it inconvenient to walk across the street, therefore did not end up using it. This was a bit of false advertisement and waste of money. Also it was nosy during the night, as the train station is right near the building.

Location and helpful staff

Great that we were able to use the hotel facilities. Helpful that we could store our luggage to collect later in the afternoon following check out. Staff were really friendly and room was spotless.

El personal es muy amable, incluso nos recibieron con limonada fresca. El desayuno es el mejor que he comido en hoteles. Lo malo es que las almohadas y la cama son un poco duras.

fantastic service and room! really convenient especially the parking. remember to ask for the restraunts that are sponsored by the hotel you get a free limoncello!

Parking is expensive, but that is the same for all of sorento!
