Good location, quick check-in, nearby equipped supermarket - Lidl The apartment is well connected to the city center by public transport. Excellent view and great terrace. Comfortable living room.

The shower faucet in the bathroom needs to be replaced; it seems to be very old and the water pressure is really weak, taking showers take too long. The staircase, elevator, and entrance to the building are dark and somewhat confusing; they are not maintained very well. The heating cannot be adjusted at all, nor can it be turned off.
