Hôtel de Normandie

I loved my stay at this hotel. Location is amazing as there are so many attractions nearby. My room was spacious and clean - the ladies cleaned my room while I was having breakfast, so it was nice to find everything clean before heading out to explore the city.

The hotel itself, though a four star, was in reality a five star with all the luxury and high standards associated with that rating. The location was convenient, the hotel was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location, wonderful staff from the front desk to the cleaners. A nice environment, everyone very helpful

Awesome location! Center of Bordeaux everything in walking distance and tourism center right across the street. Staff was awesome!

Great location; lovely spacious room and bathroom and nice view; welcoming staff on reception; very good breakfast, pleasant and helpful male member of staff at breakfast.

I will try to book this hotel again. I had a lovely room with a balcony. The staff were welcoming and professional. The location was near the river, sights, transportation and wonderful restaurants.

The hotel is very nice & good location. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. Hotel is located across from the main tram terminal. Very busy & noisy all day & night. We were there in March & AC not available to be turned on jn the room. We had to have the windows open for some air flow. The noise from the trams, people outside all night long and the nightclub across the street was a definite drawback. It didn’t begin to quiet down until 4 am.
