"冷房がなかった"

部屋は特に問題ありませんが、冷房がなく扇風機のみでした。当地では標準的かもしれませんが、近年は温暖化の影響もありますので、冷房の設置が望まれます。

The onsen is excellent, the staff were friendly and very attentive especially the guy. My only concern was that the distance stated 1 minute walk from the station, no it is not, you have to take taxi or bus to the center
