Nisanyan Hotel

The setting of the property was beautiful established trees and plants and a gorgeous view of the valley below. Charming, rich and visually delightful tile, fabrics and furnishings in extraordinary spaces created in a group of older stone homes. The staff was incredible from start to finish- we can’t say enough about the lovely people working there and the incredible chef in the kitchen. The food was amazing with an occasional Armenian twist, nearly all sourced from their gardens and trees, fruit and olive. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and the views from the tower on the property.

We loved it all, but recognize that although it didn’t trouble us, some may find the narrow and winding road to the property challenging. There are also many stone steps that may also be challenging for those with physical limitations.

We initially chose this hotel for its unique design and it was perfect! Every corner of the huge area is taken care of, the views are amazing. Personnel were very attentive. There is a common kitchen area.

Her şey mükemmeldi. Misafirperverlik, hizmet, odalar, kahvaltı, akiam yemeği, doğa, harikaydı. Ben ve ailem için harika bir tatil oldu. Özellikle Türk misafirperverliğinin ekonomi nedeniyle üzücü bir biçimde hiçe sayıldığı bu dönemde Nişanyan ekibi bize gerçek Türk misafirperverliğini yaşattı ve çok mutlu etti. Odalarımız çok güzeldi. Otel sahibinin/yöneticisinin vizyonuna hayran kaldık. Tüm küçük detaylar düşünülmüş. Kendinizi çok konforlu, sarıp sarmalanmış hissedeceğiniz ve Türk kültüründen çok şey bulacağınız bir yer. Rüya gibi bir arazinin içinde doğa ile iç içe harika bir deneyim. Tüm ekibe teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz.

A unique place to stay and enjoy the ambience, the environment and the food for a couple of nights. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

To my mind, it’s one of the nicest hotels in Turkey, I say that having travelled the country from north to south and east to west over the past 30 years. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I could single out the manager, Nur, who truly is a gem, but that would do injustice to the rest of the team, who are all just as wonderful.

Nothing. Time seems to have stood still in this hotel, which is one of the things I love about it. I hope that time forgets to pick up its pace and that I will find it unchanged at my next visit.

Remote and lovely

Loved the position of the hotel on the hillside overlooking the village. It was a beautiful place to sit in the evening with a drink on the terrace. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast. It was nice having the library to sit and play cards after dinner. I didn't swim as the weather was a bit chilly for me but another time would like to - the pool looked lovely.
