Hyatt Place-Dallas/Arlington

Six Flags and the Rangers stadium is very close. Friendly staff, very clean. Close to everything.

Too many charges on my card even though I paid booking full price . I was still charged daily now waiting 7 days to receive a refund very inconvenient

Property was cool blankets dirty shower had hair and make up stains on towels .

feel as though we were “catfished” by this hotel. will never go again

They really need to update the beds

This location was very close to Globe Field, which was the location of the concert I was attending. The staff allowed me to check in early and were very friendly and helpful.

Had to wait almost half an hour to pay for my drink and snack because there was no one around to attend the guest.

Nice bed

I had a pretty good stay. The room was clean, but it definitely wasn't soundproof. I was able to hear a baby crying from another room, but that was only one evening.

We went to Dallas to experience a Cowboys game. If they were a hockey team, they would be the Leafs! The Hyatt Place Dallas/Arlington has an excellent location, close to everything - if you can even use that analogy in Texas! Great front desk welcome, comfortable beds and powerful shower! Super clean establishment. A pool that very much compliments the hot Texas weather in August! Post stay follow up was nice to. Overall, an excellent experience. I only stay at Hyatts!
