Forever City Hotel

Very spacious and nicely presented rooms. Very close to the city. Got a restaurant downstairs plus room service. Friendly staff to attend your needs.

Would have been ideal if there were blockout curtains specially if you are from a different time zone. Hot water system needs more pressure. And sound proofing for rooms as there’s a restaurant.

there was a room boy with a good attitude to the guest. rooms are clean.

The reception lady is not doing her duties. She doesn't care about guests. Staff does not remember to serve our tea, breakfast even dinner. we had to make 5-6 calls to request a meal.

I liked the room, it was well furnished and had all the amenities. Also the pool area was nice. The property was clean and well maintained. The hotel helped us keep our luggage while we visited Colombo, very much appreciated.

I didn't like the service, we had breakfast and we had to wait more than 40 min, even for the fruit juice. We were woken up by loud music playing at the front of the hotel at 8 AM. Nice chill music but still way too loud. There were no sun beds in the pool area. The location is way too far from Colombo. This is maybe on us, didn't really check how far it was, but we had to drive 35+ min to get to Colombo, and in rush hour was a nightmare, more than 1.5 hours to get back to the hotel. So, not good if you are planning to visit Colombo frequently during your stay.

Good bed, nice location. There is dialog TV with all channels working. Clean room, safe to stay.
