The front desk never heard of Orbitz and therefore you don't have a reservation. Even if you already paid for it. I had to get a different hotel in the middle of the night.

The Staff where all nice, the hotel needs to be refurbished

It will be very helpful if they can provide a Microwave Oven which helps especially for the guests with small children to warm up milk etc. and a wall clock which will be a great help so guests will not be late for their prayers.

Location is perfect hotel didn’t have restaurant and have a very limited service front desk clerk not available all the time and they never answer the call if you need anything.

Internet doesn't work, owner refused to give me access to the wifi which did work.

It was bad option.as staff is extremely poor and non cooperative. Only location is good. Bedsheets have blood stains.

Very good for the price.
