No hot water Room had a bad smell Room was not clean Did not have adequate bath towels $150.00 taken as deposit. It was not communicated that $150.00 would be taken from my account for deposit. I paid for the room in advance. The front desk staff was not the best either. This is my first and last time using a Holiday Inn Hotel.
