This room was horrible. It was dirty and the utilities were disgusting. Turned on the shower and the whole head popped off. Mold was everywhere in the bathroom. Found trash under the bed the next morning while looking for my grandson's shoe. I only stayed because I was very tired.

Everything thebrooom was horrible dirty, bugs in the bed n tub towels were black n dirty room Smelled of mildew

The price paid was ok. The handicap accessible shower was in good shape. I had to definitely sanitize the room before we unpacked. We did like that the location on dogwood circle made access to other facilities restaurants, etc easy to navigate.

There was no breakfast served, only coffee and tea. The pool was there but not open for use and no reason was given for it not to be in use. To get new towels and washcloths you had to go up to the desk and ask. To get linen change there was a $15 charge or do it yourself. We had an emergency that we needed to leave for on day 6 no refund for day 7 was offered. The floors needed to be swept and mopped and I don't believe they had been.
