Besides having a hard time checking in the deposit requirements or different for each travel app that you go through. It doesn't matter if it's there own Wyndman app. Its different and very confusing and it doesn't help that Expedia doesn't notify that a deposit is required at the first sign in. But the lady behind the counter did help me out and guide me to the right place which allowed me to stay here. She was very helpful.!
Checked in because we had plumbing issues at home The room smelled like smoke my girlfriend is allergic too smoke, was not clean, door did not lock right, was dirty, was told we could check in at 2 was not able too until 3. We left after an hour because of the smell. I want my money back.
The hotel was dirty. Couldn't get bath towels and wash clothes. It was a nightmare. I have pictures. It was the worst. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

Booked the room and arrived at 3am. Needed to stay overnight only because I had a business meeting at 8am. I arrived at the front counter, she did not ask for my ID at first nor look at my reservation number, just asked for my name. She then said NO you dont have a room. After a 9 hour drive and been awake for over 22 hours. I was very frustrated. Finally she issed me a room. We requested a smoke free room of which wreaked with smoke. The smell was disgusting. I then went to the counter again to let her know but she was arguing with another man. I told her that I didn't want to be charged extra for the smoke smell. She said that everyone smokes in the rooms and thats ok. I was too tired to argue so I left it alone.
I hate this hotel… Never Again
I’m driving across the country with my child and dog. I booked a room at America’s Best hotel thru hotels .com. When I got to this hotel a woman there rudely told us they do not have a room for us. I then had to contact Peach at customer support to help me find another hotel. This Super 8 was a good distance out of my way but, I had to take it. I’m very dissatisfied in the service and support from Hotels.com and hope this review helps you to not do this to another family.
Bed and bed sheets had stains on them bathroom had stains on the wall bed sheets were so thin you could barely stay warm
Tub and sink was stopped up. The room didn’t smell good call the front office and they did nothing to fix my problem. I will never come here again…….
