We booked this hotel for trip to Chicago based on the hotel offering a pool. Of course the pool was out of order for our stay and no refund was offered by the staff. Shameful

"Pool out of service and ants partying without us"

It was amazing for a last minute stay. We had ants in the room so we couldnt leave anything on any counters but the issue was addressed after we told the front desk. Pool was out of service. Would've been nice to take a dip in the pool

"Misleading/inaccurate offerings - tired rooms. "

Although advertised both here and on their website, no breakfast is available - Do NOT upgrade for daily breakfast - there isn't any. Both the restaurant and pool have also been our of service for years, and we had to request a refund for our breakfast upgrade. Rooms are clean and modern, but tired. Carpets show wear, hooks and towel bars are damaged/loose. Overall, a perfectly useable hotel but no longer posh or upscale.

I’m only giving it 3 stars because I was looking forward to swim on my last day and relax and the pool was closed and they no longer have a bar 😩 wish i would have known before booking

I loved everything about my stay! Only thing I was disappointed in was the pool wasn’t available and that was the main reason I booked with them, I also had a to keep bring up a concern that was going on in my room with 3 different people. However other than that my stay was amazing. I forgot the guy that does the night shift name, but he was super helpful!
