Location, Lobby, goodies for sale in the Lobby. morning coffee, etc. Comfortable Lobby and access to the highways.

Pool closed. Gym closed. I was not informed until I wanted to work out. Poor communication, with the clients that provide your salary!! I have been staying at the William Tell , Holiday Inn, since 1979, over 46 years..

Staff checking me in was rude, key card did not work. Elevator was dirty. This was a last minute booking and now I remember why I do not typically use holiday inn
