wasn't clean enough to my liking the covers on bed looked nasty and it had roaches,the walls need cleaning and that nasty carpet needs to come up ,at the check in desk it stinks in there can be better

room wasn't cleaned. Roaches..dead and alive. bed wasn't made. looked like a drug addicts hang out. had to go to Walmart and buy my own sheets and blankets and pillow cases just to feel a little comfortable. only stayed because of hurricane Helene and all the other hotels were all booked. definitely a last resort

Hotel was overbooked just before hurricane Milton was to hit and it took several days to convince them to refund my money when they knew I did not get a room assigned. And only received a partial refund with them keeping $6 … $6!
