The rooms was very clean. Staff was very polite.

I think this guy was a new person because normally when I go there, I checked straight in and gone to my room this time. I have to wait a bit.

The room appeared clean at first, but the bed had stains on both the sheets and the mattress cover. The cigarette smell was overwhelming—extremely strong and unbearable. The most uncomfortable part was how dirty the bed was. The mattress itself was comfortable, but the mattress cover was disgusting, and the sheets were stained and looked very worn out.

The mattress should be Clean sheets and a clean mattress cover, along with a room that smells fresh and clean—not like a cigarette-filled cave.e clean rooms with

I booked my room online booking.com. I had special needs and they wasn’t met. I was in the back in the dark. also, I saw two bugs in my room need to spray. I’m always getting this hotel for work. Might be changing now.

Location. Clean and comfortable

The shower handle was super hard to turn on and off. It took 2 hands and muscle to turn it.
