The location is excellent . Close to restaurants and the arena . The staff are friendly and professional . The room was quiet and comfortable . It was a really great stay and exceeded my expectations.

The location in downtown Manchester was excellent. The rooms are spacious as well.

I ordered room service and they told me they were too busy and I had to come and pick it up. I WAS LIVID!!

"Solid Hilton for staying in Manchester"

We had a great time here for a family get together! Randy at the restaurant was a fantastic waiter and made sure our drink and food orders kept flowing smoothly throughout the night. It’s great to see a Hilton with an executive lounge still and found it very convenient for grabbing some snacks and drinks for the room.

modern without being cold Comfortable and welcoming Easy parking for my stay and doing business. Big, comfy, quiet rooms. Bar /lounge is great. Staff is always nice. Location is easy with good options for dining out etc…

No fan or vent in the bathroom. Otherwise all good.

"quick trip"

This was a short unexpected bussiness trip a couple weeks ago, spent 2 days in property and it was a good experience. Staff was great from the front desk all the to Hector manager from F&B who went above his job to accomodate us and made sure all was done to our expectations even with the short notice. This is what makes the experience one that will be repeated.
