DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown

I was in town for a conference being held here. I was quite pleased with this location! The staff at the hotel were attentive and checked in to make sure my hotel stay needs were met. I received texts as a direct line of communication. The room was really roomy. The hotel was clean and neat. As for the conference area it was a little confusing at first but once we figured it out, it was great.

Here for three nights for a conference. Housekeeping did not clean my room during my stay. I know that cleaning every other day is now policy in some places, but on day three I saw the cleaning trolly in the hall and figured my room would be done. It was not. So no bottled water, no coffee cups, no caffeinated coffee or tea after the first day. They did start me off with three towels. I could call for those things, but I’d rather not have to be in charge of equipping my room with things that are normally automatic. If housekeeping matters to you, this is not the place to stay.

The service was excellent in general, the room was big and comfortable, and the breakfast was very complete. I was very happy with the quality of the hotel service and facilities overall.

Not much. Maybe it's a bit pricey for the town it is, but that's it.

I had a pleasant stay with my daughter. I can’t wait to go back in November!
