Large, comfortable, modern room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Nice roomy bathroom with a large counter. Excellent mid-range hotel. Nice sitting area in lobby with a fireplace. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. Huge full length mirror. Free parking. Great location.

Bathroom could use a makeup mirror - great over the sink mirror but not bright enough for doing makeup.

The location

The elevator didn’t work, staff didn’t let guest know the elevator didn’t work. When we told them that the elevator wasn’t working it was skipping floors they stated oh yes it’s been like that since yesterday. That’s dangerous and unacceptable for an establishment to not inform guest about that. When we told the staff they acted unbothered.
