The pool area was very nice!

My card was charged an odd amount in the middle of the night. When asked I was told it was an audit because payment was not received from booking.com. Another charge was attempted after check out eventually leading to an actual charge. No documentation can be provided to you on their behalf. Fraud all the way around!!! 1 of my rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, reported immediately. Was told housekeeping would come up and spray, never happened. Not offered to relocate room or compensation. Rooms outdated, small fridge directly on the carpet. Breakfast was advertised as “hot” breakfast buffet, not close. A few bagels and waffles lined up, muffins and yogurt tubes, mini cereal boxes. More like grab and go.
