Location

So I booked my room on booking.com and total was close to $300 and was over $400 when I checked in. Then room had a very loose shower curtain so the shower curtain in no way would stay shut so has to hold while showering and water was everywhere then the tool keep cycle flushing all night so very hard to sleep. Awful.

"Jose’s customer service was terrible"

It was terrible honestly we booked the room through CLC lodging we get there and we met with terrible customer service from jose the manager he was honestly so rude he asked for a CLC number I tried to show him it but he insisted that I was trying to give him a wrong number then he basically kicks us to the side and started to help the next person in line I wait no less then 45 mins then I get back in line and he walks away when it’s my turn I call him and he says that he needs to call his supervisor then leaves me waiting for another 30 mins then he comes back out doesn’t even call me back up just helps the next person then he has us wait another 30 mins and he finally calls us doesn’t even apologize or anything just rudely gives us the room keys very unprofessional would not recommend to anyone Manager on duty on 10/13/25 at 7:30 pm Jose was terrible
