Delta Hotels by Marriott Chicago Willowbrook

The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the overall standard of health and safety needs to be re-evaluated. The shower, toilet, and sink areas were visibly dirty and showed clear signs of prior use. When I pulled back the sheets, I found hair in the bed, which was unacceptable. After reporting the issue, Shubh kindly relocated me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was also unsatisfactory. The paint on the bathroom wall was chipping and scattered across the floor. The room smelled strongly of marijuana, and there was built-up grime lining the shower. For a hotel that serves military personnel during drill weekends, the cleanliness standards are far below what should be expected. We do not pay to sleep in such conditions, and I urge management to address these issues immediately for the sake of all future guests.

It was a great Marriott experience at a reasonable price. I could not be more pleased. Check in was great the room was great. water bottles in the room, strong hot shower. Quiet and dark shades to make sleep perfect. This is a hidden gem. Excellent.

Very clean room and common areas. Large, modern TV and super comfortable beds. Nice little breakfast buffet too.

Stay was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Booked the Executive Suite, thought the room would have been bigger. The restaurant on-site was closed on my day of check-in, so I had to change plans for dinner. I would return😁.

Not upto Marriott standards

Booked room for 2 queen bed with breakfast for 2, instead no breakfast vouchers and a king with pull out coach( not comfortable).

My husband stayed here for his business trip, he stated it was very clean, great location for his trip, about 45 mins outside downtown Chicago. He loved that a Denny’s was located in the parking lot of the hotel. If ever back in that area we would book again.
