Old , very old When you arrive at the loony you have a first positive impression but when you enter into the hotel and you go in the room he’s just horrible dark dirty noisy Need to be fully restored and refurbished

There aren't a ton of options in this area in the suburbs. The bones of this hotel are nice. A lodge vibe. The entrance looks nice. The Hilton cookies are a nice touch. Staff was friendly.

The hotel needs an update. Carpet needs to be replaced - it seems unclean. It feels like they are on top of the cleaning in the hotel, but because it needs to be updated, it seems like it still needs to be cleaned.

I ended up not staying at this location because they canceled my daughter‘s reservation

The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. They stated that the reservations were canceled. However, when I call Booking.com, they said that they still have to get reservations. I asked the staff to send me an email that Booking.com sent them so that I could send Booking.com the email stating that the reservation was closed, they would not so instead of separating our family I booked elsewhere. The call ended with the supervisor hanging up on me.
