"Highly recommended"

Travelled to Hangzhou, and this hotel is my first choice. I arrived late one time, and the receptionist gave me a piece of cookie. Additionally, Mia from executive lounge is super friendly and helpful. She recognizes remembership and wonders if there is anything to help. Great service.

"A Fabulous Experience at Le Meridien"

Had a very wonderful experience at this hotel. The staffs in the executive lounge were very nice and provide exceptional service (especially from Alisa and Vicky!) I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Hangzhou next time! 非常感謝Alisa和Vicky提供無微不至的服務！

"Way exceeding expectation!"

Exquisitely designed rooms with magnificent river view. Conveniently located near the heart of the city. A short ride will fetch you to famous XiHu or the Binjiang business district. With their best in class service, it has made my stay here was truly exceptional.

It's wonderful trip and the hotel is great and the club lounge supervisor Renee is very nice. Believe me, You will have a good time. And you will have one more right choice in your life... And some words for 200 chars.

"Perfect trip"

My parents in law, my wife, our nanny and me spent four days in this hotel with our 4-months old boy. Staffs are very friendly ,warm and helpful. Food is also great. You can have a local noodle with 12 rmb in the restaurant. I would especiallylike to mention staffs who working in the lounge. They run a great lounge and it added a lot of value to the hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to Lynn LIN.

Clean with pleasant design. Extremely family-friendly with great play facilities for children. Surrounding area lacks dining options. However, there is a supermarket across from the hotel. This hotel is a great starting point for Hangzhou hiking destinations.

Great room and facilities quality, Excellent staff service. A little bit far away from downtown and west lake. A lot of guests are local Chinese. So food at the breakfast restuarant is a bit skewed to local Chinese food, which is quite common in Chineses hotels. Overall great value for money. Will stay again.
