We did not check out breakfast. We were very uncomfortable with surroundings many work men there and seemed as if we were only paying customers.

The pool was want seemed like a 20 min walk to different part of hotel and had to walk over a deck that was in disarray. The pool itself looked disgusting. The tv in one of the rooms did not work. I felt uncomfortable with all the workmen that were all over. I felt like the should have been an ice raid for people with no proper work permits. The placed smelled bad No elevator and we had rooms on second floor and had to haul cooler and luggage up a flight of stairs. Ice maker was broken on second floor so always had to go to lobby for ice.

The room was not very clean, breakfast was ok at best.

Check in went smooth and breakfast was good. Facility not so good. Handrail on stairs was sticky and dirty, stairwell smelled bad, room wasn't cleaned very well, and ceiling of room (second floor) had several very poorly patched areas where the ceiling plaster had fallen off. There was no elevator, a challenge for someone using a cane.

Out dated and needs total attention with all areas. Only place are decent is the breakfast area

Room is dirty. Bathroom is dirty. Ceiling had many spots that falling apart and cracking. Stairway to our room was trashed . Parking lot was weed growing that was should not . Never again book a room like this before

The picture on Expedia is completely false. The parking lot was all broken up, broken down car in front. Front widows all filled with cardboard boxes exposed. Room mildewy. Could not stay and would not refund

Nothing gross and stunk, alarm on door went off continuously when we left room. Dirty and very stinky yellow water dirt came out of tub faucet when turned it on breakfast was gross. Nasty and dirty place run down very old.

There really isn't anything to like about this hotel. As we pulled in, I wasn't sure what we were getting ourselves into. Foot tall weeds were growing in the cracks of the parking lot and the lot is way past due for replacement. Water is provided by a well that is hitting an extremely rusty aquifer. Its taste is atrocious. Our bathroom and for that matter the entire hotel is in desperate need of a renovation which the hotel seems to be in the process of. There are at least three wild cats in the courtyard and the deck in the courtyard should be demolished and replaced with grass or rebuilt. All this for $150/night. We decided to find a different hotel to stay the second night of our trip and were charged an early leave fee of $45. Once we got back home, I left a message with Ramada/Wyndham customer service to request our $45 back and to discuss the issues we experienced with the hotel yet no answer 7 days later. Cellular service for the area is nonexistent and the wifi was terrible. I strongly recommend staying at a different hotel in the area. Pokagon, an Indiana state park has a lovely hotel and is a few minutes away from this one.

It was a great stay, even though we checked in after a storm and there was no tv stations for an hour. But, thats nature for you. We did not use the pool, so I can't comment on that. I would truly reccomend this hotel. Thanks
