-The cost was good, - Great water pressure, - Beds were comfortable, -The ac unit produced plenty of heat (just like we liked it), - The room was pretty much sound proof. - Breakfast was good with plenty of food available.

- I paid for a king size bed handicap room. When we got there (1 hour after check in time) the lady asked if we bothered walking up stairs. Now why would you put a handicap room upstairs with no elevator. I told her that Jim can not do stairs, she then asked if 2 queen size beds would be ok. I said yes thinking that she was going to still give us a handicap room, but it wasn't. We made do, I'm just glad that Jim did not fall in the shower. - Definitely a down side would be that there was no elevator.for anyone staying upstairs. - The hot tub looked dirty - Knowone ever at the front desk, you had to ring for service.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast, the hot tub and pool was nice. It was so quiet too. I saw kids but didn't hear them.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was quiet with no noticeable noise during the day or night. The room we stayed in was clean looking including the bathroom.

The matress on the King size bed in our room was not comfortable at all. My partner didn't a decent night's rest , I probably rested better than him but definitely not as good as I usually do. The wait for someone to come to the desk after ringing the bell could be a little more prompt.
