The lady at the front desk is always attentive and kind. All staff members are polite and helpful. This hotel is a good place to get good rest. Always quiet when I stay here. Easy in, easy out.

Plumbing needs updated but not bad overall.

The pool was warm, the hot tub worked, and the room had a 60s vibe...I loved the cone lamp.

They need better hot breakfast foods and cartons of milk.

It was a nice clean room, and D at the front desk was very nice and a big help.

Common areas were kept tidy and clean.

We had friends on the second floor, we didn’t not realize this facility did not have an elevator. Could have been somewhere we didn’t see but was odd. They were fully booked due to an event in town and because of this I don’t think they were adequately prepared for breakfast. They would bring eggs out and they would be ransacked by guests waiting in minutes. There would be biscuits but no gravy. Then gravy but no biscuits. No hot water for oatmeal. My daughter stayed in the room with our friends and neither of us could adequately feed our kiddos breakfast that morning. Overall the rooms were okay. The shower tiles looked like they had been painted over and there was mildew in the crevices. Paint was also peeling and 2 shower grommets were broken.
