Beds were clean, breakfast was good. Bathroom was furnished

Bugs in the orange juice dispenser, Putting us upstairs, when the facility was virtually empty. Having to pay $50 deposit that we don't get back for a week. That's ridiculous. I didn't go in thinking I had to pay a $150 a night for my room. So that was an extra $50 that I did not have. And then when we stayed there on the fourteenth, it was the most disgusting room, and we had to put another fifty dollars down.That's b*******, not all places, do that.

Not much.

The toilet was full of pee, The air-conditioning was broken and loud , They put us in a room right next to the ventilation system, so noise from thay all night, while the hotel had 6 cars there, and charged us $50 for a deposit, did I have to wait a week to get back. Will never stay there again. We want out $ back. We ended up leaving at 2:30 am . We took a picture of the broken shower head, nit if the pee.

It was close to our family

Parking sucks it was snowing when we were there. Your staff didn’t insult the exit or entrance doors so it was slippery and your staff was rude.
