Not clean and very old

Very kind staff, clean and comfortable stay.

Kind of dungeon feel. 1st room smelled of smoke so they were able to switch us rooms. Then second room found blood stain on linen.

I have asked for a refund. Did not stay there ! Did not make it past the lobby! Filthy dirty! Stunk , looked like it was falling down. Should be condemned! Felt as if bed bugs and cockroaches were crawling everywhere

Hotel appears to be undergoing renovations and repairs. Not soundproof and you can hear others talking loudly in the hall. The fan on the a/c unit was extremely loud and it kept starting and stopping throughout the night. Our sleep was repeatedly disturbed.

It smelled like animal pee when I walked into the separate door to get to my room. There was a huge hole in the bathroom door that was covered with black tape. The floor was so dirty that it felt greasy on my feet so I did not stay. I was in the room for a total of an hour and decided to leave. Didn’t even try to get my money back I just wanted out.

Why was there 5 white buss with no markings in the parking lot?

When I arrived, I was told that they did not have my reservation because “my credit card was declined” which is not correct as I used One Key Cash. I was then told that they also have no more rooms. As I walked away, I was called back and the attendant said “I made an error”. He talked to someone on the phone and told me they do have a room (which ended up being lower in quality than I initially booked). In that it was late, we took the room. The room was not thoroughly cleaned where some materials were left in the bathroom like used soap. MOST NOTABLE was that there were paint handprints on the walls! That is to say, to clarify, that someone dipped their hands in paint and made hand marks on the walls. There is no way I am ever staying at this, or any, Ramada Inn ever again.
