Pool closed entire stay. Door busted open so anyone could walk in hotel. Very unsafe. Dirty, run down.

The pool was nice. Rooms were dirty smelled musty,I had no blankets on my bed, they never finished making it. Charged my credit card twice...

The rooms my dad was never finished made so I didn't complain I just left it the way it was slept in the sheet they smelled musty front desk service was rude she charged me twice for my credit card. Finally took my credit card to her got my refund back but took forever

The staff worked very hard to accommodate our last minute stay.

The floor in the room was dirty. There were a lot of bugs in the room. There was trash left over from the last guest.

"It was an adequate facility with excellent staff!"

The staff is amazing. Very kind and caring. The bed was above average.

The key cards just did not work. For our two day stay we had to get new cards 6 times. The outside door opened without any card - felt less safe. The water in bathroom was barely warm enough to take a shower. The breakfast was less than we expected. There is only 2 dry cereals (Cheerios and Raisin Bran) and no oatmeal offered. We ended up going to a grocery store and purchasing oatmeal and granola for our breakfast.
