Holiday Inn - Terre Haute by IHG

The property was in a good location close to the interstate and near plenty of dining options. The breakfast was delicious and hot a variety of items. The price was decent for a Friday night

The pool was absolutely freezing to the point that we were the only ones using it, and only for 5 minutes. Also, we got locked in the gate surrounding the pool and could not get out until an employee came and unlocked it. She said something about shutting it too hard? Low pressure of toilets led to clogging, which is never a fun experience

When i got there the room they said i had the door wouldn’t open and they told me it was nothing they could do about it they had no more rooms and i had to find another place to stay very bad experience

I loved the location and how accessible it was.

Housekeeping did not come but once during my 3 day stay

Easy access to the highway and entertainment. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

It was in middle of a lot of shopping centers, so the noise level was a little high. But not too bad.

Our room is on the first floor and our “window” faces the internal hallway I.e. the corridor of the conference rooms so basically we can never open the shades or anyone walking around in the hotel can look into our room. We might as well have no window in the room.
