Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was amazing, great size and comfort. Breakfast was excellent too. I'm a big fitness person and I found the gym and equipment perfect for my needs. If I come back to RI would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone needing to stay in this area.

It was very nice and quite

I was there for the taste of Rhode Island and the event was just set up very poorly and also in the room the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain and then also I was staying on a quiet floor it said, but then the next morning I got woken up to the room next to me being cleaned sounded like a whole bunch of noise coming from there wasn’t very peaceful the next morning

The staff were very friendly and approachable, the bed was comfortable and the room a very good size!

The hotel was satisfactory - I would have liked more choice with the tea and coffee with more water! More creativity with the breakfast.
