4 inches of snow, hanicap sticker but that spot covered in snow. Wouldn't let me park in front which was the only cleared spot. TV didn't work until I rebooted it and then went on and off by itself 2 times Closet didn't exist, rack and hangers just thrown on the floor. Smoke alarm kept going off. Breakfast terrible, cereal and cold coffee. Foreign owned and it shows.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Room was a long distance from the breakfast room. Small selection of breakfast items & not stocked well. Ñon smoking room still smells of tobacco use.

"Make sure you ask about the hot water.."

I had a 3 night stay and had No hot water for 2 nights, couldn’t shower after a 7 hr drive, which they knew when I was checking in but didn’t say anything. Front desk offered me a $20 credit..haven’t seen it yet.

I didn't like the gangs of young men hanging out in the parking lot, the fact that the Quality Inn signage had clearly been removed from building, the restaurant attached to the place was padlocked shut, and there was glass on the ground outside the front door. We opted to forfeit the fees we'd prepaid, turned in our room keys to the person at the desk who barely spoke English, and went elsewhere.

The shower had hair and boogers stuck to the walls, wasn’t able to take a shower. The lights in the bathroom and just inside the front door were on motion detection and all lit up including the bathroom fan waking everyone up every time one of us went to the bathroom. Definitely will not repeat our visit..

The room and building had a bad smell. We weren't very comfortable in our room. There was train horn that kept blaring throughout the night. When we checked out to get breakfast there wasn't much food left at 8am and the lobby bathrooms were completely out of toilet paper and paper towel.
