Quality Inn Vincennes

The sofa bed mattress was dirty or moldy. Our nonsmoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room's smoke alarm was startlingly bright. We were charged by Expedia and by the hotel, for different amounts. The breakfast was terrible and the breakfast area was not kept clean.

I urge you to stay literally anywhere else. I had high hopes upon entering the lobby. Stepping into my room for the first time killed those completely. Everything was dirty, it smelled, and just gave me such an overall ick that I requested to change rooms, something I've NEVER done. The second room was marginally better, but still horribly run down. Lampshades were dusty, dirty and beaten up. Curtains had holes and didn't fit the window, leaving a 3 inch gap wide open to the parking lot. Stains on the walls. The TV shuts off at random, which I discovered is due to a motion sensor in the room. The bathroom light is the same, and shut off in the middle of my shower. The hairdryer mount fell completely off the wall when I attempted to use it. The bathtub is old and obviously painted over. The bed is partially collapsed on one side, and the whole thing creaks like it's going to break apart. The door to the room is less than secure, one good shove and it's open. There's a hole in the ceiling above the closet. The couch in the room looks like a science experiment gone wrong. The property is messy & unkempt, the halls stink like cigarette smoke, and the whole place just feels creepy & unsafe. The pool area is vacant & dark, so if you get a pool facing room, the view outside your window is...unsettling. The only positive mark I can give this place is that the front desk person was friendly and accommodating, and I surprisingly did not see any bugs.

The cost was low, staff was friendly, and it was easily accessible.

I had 3 rooms for myself and my high school students. There were items not working correctly in each of the rooms, ie TV did not work, stains on sheets, motion lights did not work. I did find it annoying to have motion activated light in the entrance as the light turned on just walking to the bathroom. Worse yet, the bathroom light would automatically turn on along with the very loud bathroom fan. This is terrible if other people in the room are trying to sleep. Overall the hotel needs to be updated. It looks very rough. Breakfast selection was very disappointing, only bread/toast, waffles, some cereal, bananas and apples. Would appreciate some bagels, muffins, or yogurt.

This property is not fit for rental. Very dirty, holes in the walls, pool is filthy and poor lighting. I will be contacting for a refund. I checked in and back out in less than 30 minutes once I walked the property and took some pictures.

This is an older hotel that they are trying to renovate. They have put in 50 in tvs and have a very nice selection of channels. The floors look nice in the lobby like they have just been redone. Hallways are a little dirty but the room itself was clean. We had a hole in the wall where it looks like someone punched it. The walls and fixtures were old, but bed and pillows very comfortable. Sink and bathtub did not have stoppers Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool was closed and had a very limited breakfast.

The Curtin was nasty and was hanging down had rag or something in to fill the hole, the rods on the Curtin was broken hanging down, when checked was told hopefully that room is cleaned, hallways was dirty and had smell, the bathroom door was broken. Half as cleaning in the rooms

I like the price and location of my room front desk staff was friendly, helpful. Chk in was quick and easy

Super old hotel that is not up to date. No decor on the walls. Hallways dimly lite. Entry doors not secure.

The hotel is full of mold and holes the outside sidewalk around building and building itself is falling apart. Room was full of mold and mildew stains beds was super hard, the heater didn’t work in the room and took them till out last night to get us a space heater! They never even offered to change our room!
