The friendliness of the staff and the pool

I originally booked a king jacuzzi suite for a mother's day present for my wife and daughter. But when they arrived, she was told kids aren't allowed. So I had to cancel and book another room. It should state online that kids aren't allowed.

We stayed here on college tour for UNOH and I had zero issues. I booked thru booking because it was cheaper then what they offer to UNOH families. I liked the location to restaurants. The hotel seemed clean, and the bar had alot of people to socialize with which usually I feel you never see anyone at the hotel bar. Couldn't hear the kids screaming in the pool unless you opened your balcony door which was nice. Room was a great size. Parking was easy.

Nothing I didnt like. I just wish the discount was better thru the hotel for UNOH families. But booking came in perfect with their rates!
