"Great location, mediocre facility."

Great location, but the property is the only beachfront so no other choices are available.

Stayed here last summer, property was in need repairs and normal maintenance. This year was worse. Already slow elevators and one of the two broke the second day after making horrible grinding noises for two days. Hallway carpets are stained and walls need patching and painting. Fixtures were rusty, mold and mildew in the bathrooms. Dirty exterior windows so the beach was barely visible. Add to that desk staff that quickly became snarky and rude when trying to extend our stay and having to change rooms.
