Stunning views from breakfast room / outside, peaceful location overlooking town & mountains, lovely breakfast. Easy parking.

Access was awkward - both from carpark down to reception and then up to room. Not recommended for those with mobility issues.

I had a single room at the front with stunning views of the mountain and village below. Place was spotlessly clean and the staff were super friendly.

Sehr sauberes schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Tolle Panorama Sicht auf Mittenwald und die Berge.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb erhöht von Mittenwald, sodass man einen schönen Blick auf den Ort hat. Das Zimmer was sauber und relativ neu eingerichtet. Im Hinblick auf den Service haben uns die angesetzten Extra Gebühren ein wenig irritiert. Ein Handtuchwechsel kostet pro Handtuch 1,50€, die Sauna für 2h 35€. Ebenso kostet ein Rührei oder Spiegelei beim Frühstück zusätzlich 3€. Das Frühstück war ansonsten lecker, jedoch mit etwas wenig Auswahl Dadurch, dass die Kaffeemaschine nicht selber bedient werden darf, entstanden hier teilweise längere Wartezeiten.

Beautiful view from the breakfast room. It was absolutely charming in the shared downstairs rooms.

Our particular room # 17 was too small with only one chair and no room to open up our luggage. I would definitely opt for a larger double room. You needed to pay 1 euro for every towel you wanted changed out ( and we there four days). Also it was 3 euros per serving if you wanted eggs. Otherwise it was a lovely breakfast . There are many steps from the parking area to the hotel and then two flights of stairs up to our room.
