Red Roof Inn & Conference Center McKinney

I accidentally booked room.for a wrong date after canceling and rebooked a different room for the right date, my money was never refunded to date. I tried to contact the hotel and following the procedure nothing was fruitful. They literally stole money from me. This is my worst experience

It was close to where I had to be at 7:30am after driving for 7 hours together there.

I arrived at 2:15am after driving 7 hours I was told my room was 71.19 yet when I arrived it was 121.19 I did not have it. I was upset as had I'd known they were going to charge me more o would have looked elsewhere. I had to pick up a driver with no shower looking like crap and the desk clerk told me he would cancel the reservation. What's to cancel I ouldnt afford the 121.19. Yet they kept the 71.19 saying I never checked in. I was there I tried to checkin they changed the price and I had to leave the property. For 71.19 I should have stayed in the lobby least.

Check-in was easy and worker very friendly. The doors were monitored and secure. Facility is older but clean and safe.

Very convenient and comfy rooms

Room was nice clean and quiet. We were able to have our puppy with us and we enjoyed the location

Employees especially front dest clerk and mgr were abusing the power, and bending the rules for there regulars or friends of theres.

Great location, great price and the staff is amazing
