Courtyard Hartford Cromwell

I did not have breakfast there. Location was perfect, right off the exit.

Maybe free breakfast. I'm not a big fan of Starbucks.

The hotel met our expectations with a well equipped room and the amenities we wanted.

We were surprised that we had to pay for breakfast (must have missed that when booking) but happy to be able to order a hot meal of acceptable quality - not great, but OK.

Bathroom was clean but, looked like it could use some upgrading. Faucet in tub was loose. Woman serving as bartender and cook and waitress was unbelievable! Did a great job and was waiting for a big party to come in.

I cannot believe I paid this much for a room in this condition, and I cannot believe that this place is allowed to be called a Marriott Courtyard. My first impression when driving up to the hotel was that that this must have been another, cheaper, hotel for many years that was then bought and turned into a Marriott Courtyard. It looked tired and run down. The room was worse—again, something really old retrofitted with new beds and tv. And they didn’t even try to make any superficial changes to the bathroom. Wow, what a rip off

Did not have breakfast. Prices too high for breakfast items.

Couldn’t get the room coffee maker to work.
