"Terrible-save yourself"

Arrived at around 9:30pm as disclosed on booking and online precheck in and I had requested a first floor room. When I arrived at the first room I was given the door was propped open with the safety latch and the do not disturb sign was hanging on the knob. Got back in my car and returned to the front desk and was given a different room. Unfortunately 2nd floor so had to carry suitcase upstairs. Room was terrible but at least the door was closed. Every piece of furniture was ripped, torn or stained. AC was off. Room smelled of smoke/mold. Toilet was dirty with stool. Room so loud it sounded like I was sleeping on the highway. Honestly should have just slept in my car in a rest area. Would have been a more comfortable night. Will never stay again, wish I didn’t stay then as I am still coughing from the mold. Terrible stay.

"Stains on bedding! Unacceptable"

Room was completely unacceptable. Stains on bedding, headboards tore up. My husband wouldn't complain bc we checked in so late bc of my stepdaughter

"Not family friendly"

The location was perfect and the guy I spoke to at the desk the day of check in was absolutely amazing

Hood music blasting at the pool with profanities non stop from 10am to 9pm. Seemed to have a crowd like a motel 6 would have. A guy walked out and did a drug deal right next to us. The pizza hut lady dropped her kids off at the pool and left to go to work saying it's a free babysitter. The hot tub water was dark gray in color and filled with kids grass trash. Also if they offer the free pool upgrade do not take it. The room was decent but our patio became everyone's party spot. For 168$ on a Saturday night I would never expect any of this. Within the first hour we were there 2 couples came to check in and ran back to their car unable to get out of there fast enough have stayed in places under 100 a night and never ever experienced this. When I spoke to front desk staff several times they all acted as though they had no clue why someone would ask if this was all "normal" or a one time thing.
