"No elevator. Take a 1st floor room if physically challenged."

The staff was welcoming and friendly.

The tv didnt work. The neighbors were playing loud music all hours. Doors slammed loudly throughout the night. All we could do was try to shut our eyes and sleep.

I've worked for a couple of high-end hotels, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room and common areas. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was very good.

It's not really a hotel issue, more of a guest, and a common respect issue. All the available parking spaces were full, and myself and a few other guests had to park off the concrete and into the grass area because some motorcycle travelers had their small trailers parked in a stall and the bike in another when both would've clearly fit into a single stall. As a motorcycle rider myself and noticing that the hotel was pretty booked, I definitely wouldn't utilize more stalls than necessary. Overall, my stay was relaxing and pleasant.
