Nothing, the hotel cancelled my reservation.

When booking, I included that I would be traveling with a pet. Upon check-in, I was told I needed to pay an additional pet fee of $30. That was fine so I said I'd pay it in cash. Here is where it got interesting. Once I paid in cash, I was then told there was another $50 deposit fee (so $80 in total). When I asked for a receipt, the worker could not provide me with one. It seemed that he was simply keeping the cash for himself. When I kept pushing for a receipt, he eventually told me I had to leave and cancelled my room. I did not receive the full refund on my booking price so now I'm dealing with that.

The bed was comfy

The room smelled like mold, and there was mold growing on the shades. Ac didn't work the best.

This has been the absolute worst experience. The main man is rude. I filed noise complaints to the front desk numerous time's a day, for days in a row. I had to get law enforcement involved. I was told that because "they're foreign" they have a right to be loud. Prime example is one man taking a bath. Had a key card assigned to him, and he was fully exposed in a bathtub and someone walked in on him. Was waiting at the front desk for hours. I was also waiting and have 3 screenshots, as well as a 14 minute video. They have a black ringer they use that doesn't work. Also 3 numbers that go right ro voicemail. The staff sleep on shift. This is the worst place I've ever stayed at.
