It is was clean and airy when you walked into the hotel. Customer service guy at the desk was nice and welcoming. Room was nice. Bathroom was clean too. WiFi was great. Food was delicious.

I didn’t like the elevators. When I try to get off on my floor, the door did not want to open automatically sometimes. I would have to push open. Also, the elevator felt really loose when you walked in it. A little scary. I did not like walking into the room and it felt like it was 80 degrees. I had to wait until the room cooled off to take a shower. The cable or dish cable had VERY weak signal. I was hoping for upgraded tv with Netflix, prime video etc since there is WiFi.

The staff was so nice! The room and bathroom were clean! There were no roaches and it wasn’t crusty; it felt so fresh! It was nice and quiet, and I slept pretty good!

Without question the commendable level of service put forth during the check-in process and throughout by Micah was highly appreciated by myself and my children. The room was spacious and clean the facilities were quiet and our stay was very pleasant.

I could not connect my children's gaming system to the TV, an update would be appreciated
