Location. Cleaner.

Room needs a refurb. I stayed here and last time fridge wasn’t working property (luke warm). This trip not working at all - not acceptable for four night stay. Also mattresses need replacing- really lumpy and worn. Nice bed linen. Lovely cleaner.

Clean,comfortable, near town centre,

Difficult access as a lot of steps. I'm 81 and struggled getting my case in. No staff at the property but contact by message( which was responded to quickly). Struggled with the code to get me into the building but got into the room ok
