I liked that the checking in went well. the room was clean and spacious.

I didnt like...hmmm no phone in the front area. only where the bed was.

Staff was polite, rate was great,, room cleanliness & comfort were fantastic

The room itself was nice. Spacious, we had a suite. Was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The balcony was a great feature too

The faucets were tricky. Some you could pull or push to turn on and off. Shower curtain didn't keep water in very well and tub didn't drain great. We had a pullout couch but no blanket for it. The blanket we were given was more like a curtain. We were told free breakfast was only for 2 of the 3 of us. And when we asked if we could bring breakfast back to our room were told no. Most annoying was the jackhammering at the pool on Sunday morning at 8am was NOT appreciated.

The hotel was very nice and friendly staff.

I enjoyed the entire stay! The only couple of things that I saw were a ceiling tile had fallen in the hallway but they were very prompt about getting it cleaned up. Also I don't know what it is with hotels down in Southern Arizona but y'all need to turn up your hot water heaters. A lukewarm bath is not pleasant in the middle of January and I don't care if we're in Arizona. This seems to be something that many places do down there. Turn up y'all's hot water 🤣

The cleanliness and the staff

The floor in the bathroom is uneven and the bathroom door didn't not open all the way. The sheets were scratchy. On Sunday morning they had jack hammers working on the pool at 8am. The alarm clock was preset to go off at 555am. Rude! Other people in the lobby when checking out said their alarm went off at 555am as well!
