Charges were not the same and advance was a Surprise at the time of check in towards Misc. ..... house keeping not available for 2 nights - another Surprise !!! had to request for the same .... overall a Nice Place and v courteous staff ,Thank you

I have stayed at this hotel several times before because I absolutely love it. However, during this stay I found some of the front desk staff to not be the most welcoming. I would have appreciated being greeted with a smile at the very least. The uninviting energy I received from some of the front desk and kitchen staff is my only reason for not rating my stay as excellent.
