The location was great for the purpose of my trip.

The shower holder was cracked, the toilet was damaged, I wasn't able to connect with anyone at the front desk prior to my arrival.

The room was stinky, dirty, bathtub was very dirty, bedsheets and pillows case smells terrible. Called several times for housekeeping at the front desk no one showered up. The manager should be concerned. Room 204 and 206

The room booked wasn't available on arrival even though I called to confirm the day before arrival then they down graded my room Got tothe room and it was not cleaned from previous people Then they charged my debit card 4 different times draining my account and left me with no money to go home on 5 hours away Oh and lets not forget about how they girl at the desk yelling at me not even listening to what I the customer had to say then she called the cops on me so when they showed up I explained everything to them showed them my proof of everything and of course they agreed with me bc I had proof of everything they told me to call their corporate office which I will be anyway and also going to my bank when I get back home Good luck on staying here I will never again Nor will I ever use booking.com again
