Staff friendly and clean room and property

A little further away from downtown than expected. I feel like given that the price could have been better Also we had adjoining room with a couple of ladies we do not know. My wife and I both awoke to a loud conversation between these ladies talking about literally shitting and diarrhea over Trump. This was 8:00 am on a Sunday. The adjoining door offered little in terms of insulation from their rude loud and vulgar conversation.

Very nice people staffing the place, but it BADLY needs a major freshen up. Dirty common areas, dated rooms and amenities. Just in poor condition all around.
