"Not satisfied."

The bathroom sink had mold and what seemed to be barnacles on the handles. The floor hadn't been vacuumed. Also there was something on the bed because we kept scratching all night. The pool wasn't even in working condtition. The breakfast wasn't that great either. I can go on and on. People seemed nice and answered my questions, but the place needs to step up with cleaning and the look of it. Will not stay there again.

The first room we got had a tub full of dirty water the second room the ac was falling apart they don't vacuum, change bed sheets, or clean the tub or the bathroom

"Rooms weren't very clean overall."

Generally I dont say anything about small issues because every place has them, but there was a host of issues in the room that I expected to be better. The lamp shades were stained and spotted, wood along the tv stand was swelled and bowed, as well as the presence of small ants that I discovered crawling on a fast food cup. Let this serve as an advisory to future guests.

"Hotel for work"

This hotel has very friendly staff, checking in was great, they have breakfast but I left for work before getting to try it. The rooms are very clean, fresh sheets, pillow cases everyday and they smelled great, tv has lots of channels, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and iron and board. It is not a 5 star hotel but a great place for the money. I will be staying here again.

"Good value"

We were splitting up a long road trip and decided to go to NO for a great meal. This hotel provided good service, clean, safe, value and 30 minutes from French Quarter.

"quiet , still close to new orleans"

Stayed here because of rates, easy access to main hwy to New Orleans. Was very quiet, Complimentary breakfast was good , Had dinner at Pier 51 just a short distance from hotel- great local cuisine. Hotel does not have full time restaurant. Staff very friendly had coin operated laundry on premises , helped to not have to wait till we got home to do laundry.
