Staff was ok except for one front desk agent was really disrespectful by having a random conversation with another person that had nothing to do with hotel services and had me waiting for at least 15 minutes before checking in.

"Very convenient for early departures from BWI, with comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff."

Proximity to the airport and reasonable cost. Checking was efficient and the reception was excellent.

The only things I would modify would be a “to go” breakfast for guests leaving very early from the airport.
