Daily room service would help. So would a live person at the reception desk instead of a video link with someone in Yogyakarta. But the whole building looked poorly maintained

Asked for daily room attention 2 of 5 days were fulfilled. Poor maintenance. Lits of chipped paint On walls. Pathetic breakfast. If not for location it would have been passed by.

A clean room in a good location. The price is about right.

Check-in was through a kiosk instead of an actual person. The hotel looks shabby. The carpet, walls and room are all old and showing wear.
